About medicines shortages:
Shortages of pharmaceuticals can affect the health of patients. They are due to different factors, including unavailability on the market despite registration; withdrawal of the medicine from the market; manufacturing difficulties; problems affecting the quality of medicines or a safety concern; parallel trade; lack of continuity within the supply chain of pharmaceuticals.

However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. The data collected from the different countries will be reported  to the European Commission in a summary. No person data will be shared with third parties.
